“SOBO” is a a mixed-use solution for an infill lot in a rapidly evolving neighborhood which provides dwelling units, commercial space, and indoor parking.

Situated on the zone edge where a commercial corridor meets single family residential neighborhoods, the design concept responds to the juxtaposition of the surrounding land use in program, form, and materiality.
