Nestled in the trees along Bozeman creek, the perch is a vertical solution to unique site challenges of a small lot located in the flood plain and formerly home to an abandoned structure.

In order to minimize the impact on the adjacent watercourse, the home is built on, and limited to, the foundation of the former structure. Living spaces are pushed to the upper floors and rooftop deck.
